Cookie policy
Last updated: July 2026
A cookie is a tiny file stored on your device when you browse a site. At HelyOs Global, it's only used to make the site run properly — nothing more.
What we set
Only cookies essential to the site's operation are used: remembering your chosen language and your answer to the banner, keeping you signed in if you use the client space, plus technical cookies tied to Vercel, our host. This type of cookie doesn't require your prior consent.
What we don't do
No advertising tracker, no profiling, no non-anonymized third-party audience measurement. Your data is never resold or shared for commercial purposes. If that were ever to change, we'd put a dedicated consent banner in place before setting that type of cookie.
Audience measurement
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand overall site usage and performance. These tools work without cookies and without individual identifiers: no consent is required for their use.
External providers
When you submit a form, Web3Forms, our provider, may set an anti-spam security cookie. Vercel, our host, may also set purely technical cookies. If you sign in to the client space, Supabase, our technical provider, sets a session cookie needed to keep you signed in.
Staying in control
Your browser lets you block or clear cookies at any time, from its "Privacy" settings or equivalent. Note: disabling essential cookies may break some site features, particularly signing in to the client space.
How long they last
Cookies tied to your preferences (language, consent) expire after 12 months at most. The client-space session cookie expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity. After that, the consent banner reappears where relevant.
Your questions, our answers
Does the site work without accepting cookies?
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to work. We don't set anything else, so there's nothing optional to accept.
Is there any advertising targeting?
None at this time. Zero advertising cookies, zero marketing tracking on this site.
How do I withdraw my consent?
Clear the site's cookies in your browser: the consent banner will be shown again on your next visit.
