An independent studio is chosen on two questions people rarely ask out loud: what happens to the project if the provider disappears, and who owns what has been built. Here are the answers, written into the contract.
Reversibility clause
Every contract sets out the return of code, data and operating documentation — including if we fail to deliver. It is the standard managed-services mechanism, applied here.
The code lives in your repository
True for every one-off build — website, automation, custom agent. The code is deposited with you from day one, and another provider can pick the work up without asking you for anything. Only the AI agent licence plan, described above, works differently: rented software, hosted and operated by us.
The keys are in your name
Model accounts, APIs, hosting: opened in your name, on your card. You see the real cost, and you are never locked in.
A written response time, in business hours
Every plan states its response time in business hours or days. We do not promise night or weekend on-call cover: we would rather write that down than let it be assumed.
Professional indemnity insurance
The business is covered by professional indemnity insurance; the certificate and the level of cover are provided with the quote.

What do Essential, Pro and Premium mean?
They are three written scopes, not three levels of care. Essential covers the need as it stands, Pro adds the volume and features most clients end up asking for, Premium handles the complex cases: multilingual, connections to closed tools, response-time commitments. The build quality is identical in all three.
What does a chatbot on my site actually cost?
Setup runs from €2,490 at the Essential tier to €8,900 at Premium, depending on how many channels, languages and tools are involved. On top comes monthly supervision, from €249 to €990 a month depending on conversation volume, model usage included. A tradesperson receiving around a hundred enquiries a month sits at about €2,490 setup and €249 a month.
Is the monthly supervision compulsory?
It is not compulsory, but it is strongly advised. An AI agent works from a knowledge base that ages: your prices move, your opening hours change, your products evolve. Without updates, it simply answers correctly less and less often. The three levels differ by conversation volume, not by the quality of the follow-up.
What happens if I go beyond the volume included?
Nothing stops and nothing gets cut off. Conversations beyond the threshold are billed per unit, from €0.09 down to €0.04 depending on your level, and you get an alert as the threshold approaches. If overshooting becomes regular, we suggest moving up a level, which is almost always cheaper.
Are these figures set in stone?
The tiers are: an Essential contains what is written, at the price written. What varies is which tier matches your situation, and the options you add. The quote repeats line by line what you read here, free of charge and before anything starts.
Do I need an account to see the full list?
No. All thirty-seven services, their three tiers, their options and what makes those prices move are public, on the page itself, with no account and no form. Signing up was required for a while; it no longer is, because a price you have to hide is a price the client stops trusting. The free account is still useful for something else: demos wired to your own data, and tracking your projects.
Can I pay in installments?
