HelyOs Global collects personal data at several points on the site — the contact form, guide downloads, and creating an account in the client space — always for specific purposes and never resold to third parties. HelyOs Global works continuously to keep this site usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and the operating system's accessibility settings: named links and buttons, checked contrast ratios, visible focus on interactive elements, reduced motion for those who ask for it. WCAG 2.2 level AA serves as the benchmark for this work, without the site claiming full compliance or RGAA certification today. HelyOs Global disclaims any liability for indirect damage arising from use of the site, a temporary service interruption, or content produced by the demonstration tools featured on the site. The site may include links to third-party sites, whose content and availability HelyOs Global does not control and for which it accepts no liability: the presence of a link does not amount to endorsing its content. Reasonable effort is made to keep the site continuously available, but no permanent availability is guaranteed: maintenance, a technical provider's outage, or a case of force majeure may temporarily interrupt access.
